Orvil and Lauren joined Proximity Church in 2019, shortly after getting married in 2018. They welcomed their first child in 2022.

Orvil has served on staff at churches in various roles including missions, evangelism and youth. He has also studied theology extensively over the past decade. Today, he serves as the Men’s Ministry Director.

Lauren has also served on staff at churches as a worship leader, technical director, and youth leader. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theology and did postgraduate work at Oxford University in theology, apologetics, and evangelism. She now serves as the Women’s Ministry Director.
